Ah... nada como voltar a treinar para dar uma pausa no semblante carrancudo...
Um treino do velho ´feijão com arroz´, como diz meu professor.
Só não deu bem pra matar a saudade do pessoal, porque foi lotado o treino de hoje. E que me conhece sabe que não gosto de ambientes cheios de gente.
Voltar pra casa pingando de suor, ainda sem fôlego, com dor no abdômen e na coluna, sem forças...
Aquele cansaço de felicidade que me permite dormir à noite...
Poder dar ´kiai´ de novo... ainda falta muito para voltar ao que era antes, mas chegarei lá.
